All treatment protocols and equipment used at our locations are reviewed and approved by our Medical Director. Individual practitioner licenses and certifications are available upon request.

2. Information We Collect

Device & Browsing Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and browsing behavior on the Site, collected via cookies, log files, web beacons, and similar technologies.

Order & Payment Information: Name, billing/shipping address, payment method details (processed by our payment processors — we do not store full card numbers), email address, and phone number.

Appointment & Booking Information: Service(s) requested, preferred provider, appointment date/time, and related scheduling notes.

Health & Treatment Information: Where relevant to a service (e.g., intake forms, treatment history, skin/body assessments, contraindications, photos taken for treatment planning), we collect health-related information you provide or that our providers record during consultation and treatment. Customer Support Communications: Messages sent to us via phone, email, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger.

• To process payments, invoices, and financing/payment-plan applications (e.g., Cherry).

To opt out of marketing texts, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT at any time. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect appointment-reminder or service-related texts, which are necessary for scheduling your treatments.

Our Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as no uniform industry standard exists for interpreting them.
